Status labels: each page now lists only the labels it uses

- The "Status labels on this page" box at the top of each guide is now built from the labels the page really uses, in its claims and in its source list. Labels nobody on the page carries no longer appear there. On the QuickBooks connector page, for example, the box had shown an agency label and Conflicting even though the page cites no agency and has no conflicting claim.
- Six guides had a Reported row in their label table without a single Reported claim: auto repair, bookkeepers and accountants, dental and medical, online stores, pest control and restaurants. That row is gone.
- Only four guides use Conflicting: auto repair, cleaning, property management, and salons and barbers. The other fifteen guides lost the Conflicting row from their label table.
- No claim, label or source changed. Each affected guide records the edit in its own change table, and the methodology page still explains every label.
